③ Then, use a small brush to apply the #943 rose cameo brown lipstick to the outer lip. You can apply it multiple times but take a tiny amount of the lipstick every time in case you put on too much. The trick here is to blend it to the edge to form a gradient shade and be careful not to form the border.
